Requisition Book.
- 'Requisitions No.1'.
- An account book detailing the issue of stores to various regiments and individuals and recording the totals of items issued. It is in tabulated form, chronologically arranged, showing the number of items issued against the regiment or individual. In some instances the recipient was a hospital, ship or draft of soldiers.
- The stores issued were mainly items of camp equipment, entrenching tools, horse equipment or warm clothing: e.g. tents, blankets, spades and nosebags. The issue of some items was noted although the items were not included in the table: e.g. waterproof capes and buffalo robes.
