The Evaluation Registry is a service owned by the Cabinet Office and Treasury and is managed by the Evaluation Task Force (ETF). ETF was set up in 2020, following the 2020 Spending Review. It provides specialist support to ensure that government spending decisions are backed up evidence and are evaluated in advance.
