Folios 225-226: William Wilkinson, HMS Nightingale. Asks for an order to appoint Lieutenant Frederick August Hargood Parker to the ship I the place of Lieutenant Luke Horne, discharged sick. Although appointed to HMS Antelope he has been unable to join the ship, due to her being at sea.
