Folios 162-163: T[homas] M[outray] Waller, the Sea Fencibles, New Romney. The trial of the lawsuit brought against him by a former seaman of HMS Emerald, which the Admiralty have instructed their solicitor to defend, will be heard about June 10 or 12, Mr Bucknell thinks his attendance is necessary, asks for leave.
