Folio 139, Marlborough Street.

Elizabeth Cooper, on re-examination, accused of stealing a bed, bolster, blankets and counterpane, Tothill Street, Gray's Inn Lane, victim: Charles Adams, outcome: Committed to Newgate for trial.

Margaret Connell, on re-examination, accused of stealing a handkerchief, Vine Street, Bloomsbury, victim: Abraham Preston, outcome: Discharged.

Andrew Gardiner, on re-examination, accused of stealing a pelisse, shawl and other articles, victim: Melina Askew, outcome: Discharged.

William Hood, John Jones, Susannah Thompson (the elder), Susannah Thompson (the younger) and Elizabeth Smith, on re-examination, accused of stealing a watch and other items, victim: Valentine Bartholomew, outcome: Jones, discharged; Hood, committed to New Prison as a witness; and others committed to Newgate for trial.
