Information: John Phillips, accused of theft of clothing, various articles and sovereigns, Mill Yard, Cable Street, Goodman's Fields, victim: Mr Henry Brant.

Information: Wilson and Bellamy, accused of theft of a pair of cart springs, Old Road, Ratcliff, victim: John Burton and Co.

Barnet Liepman, on re-examination, outcome: Discharged for want of evidence.
