James Gregory, on re-examination, accused of breaking and entering; stealing bank notes and other articles (connected with John Short), Pinner, Middlesex, victim: William Moores, outcome: Discharged.

Edward Sewell and Lindsay Hawkins, accused of Highway robbery, outcome: Discharged.

Joseph Longstaff, on re-examination, accused of embezzling and secreting sums of money, victim: Alfred Flowers, outcome: Discharged.
