Description

Folios 370-371: John Chambers White, HMS Windsor Castle, at Sea. Covering letter fro the enclosed [Inc.] letter from Mr George Hutchinson, Boatswain on HMS Windsor Castle. He was examined in September 1798 after he was invalided from HMS Centaur.

Folios 372-373: enclosure with folios 370-371. Letter dated 16 November 1799 by G Hutchinson, HMS Windsor Castle, Torbay. Request to be superannuated after 22 years service, 17 as Boatswain and having lost an arm.
