He has received a letter from Arthur [Edge of letter missing] overseer for the Parish of Stockton concerning John Hewdend who entered to service for the parish for [Edge of letter missing] the sum of 45 guineas, 4 of which he received and 10 were deposited? [Edge of letter missing] in the hands of Lieutenant Abbs at Sunderland [Edge of letter missing] as part? of the Bounty which is usually paid [Edge of letter missing] . He was yesterday sent on board HMS Shannon to be carried to the Nore [Edge of letter missing] in just proceedings represented to Captain Alexander Fraser [Edge of letter missing] who declared he would communicate the same to the Commanding Officer at the Nore
