A partly draped female figure standing on a wheel with wings attached, supported by the globe holding in outstretched hands above her head the symbol of Commerce & Electricity. In the centre of drawing is a view of factory surmounting which in a broad ribbon is the wording The New Beeston Cycle Co. Limd. Copy annexed'.
