Folios 192-193: James Tillard, HMS Sabrina, at Sea. Covering letter for the enclosed [Inc.] order from the Honourable Admiral George Cranfield Berkeley to receive on Board HMS Sabrina, His Serene Highness the Prince of Orange and suite. Being informed that their Lordships granted the sum of £150 to Captain Percy of HMS Mermaid to meet his expenses in conveying His Serene Highness from England to Lisbon (4 days). Request such a sum be paid to his agent Henry Abbott, Clements Inn, as they deem adequate for taking His Serene Highness having embarked at Ayamonte on the 4 August 1811 and debarked at the same place on the 16 August 1811.
Folios 194-195: enclosure with folios 192-193. Orders dated 29 July 1811 by Admiral George Cranfield Berkeley, HMS Barfleur, Tagus. Orders following application from His Excellence Lord Viscount Arthur Wellesley for a ship to convey His Serene Highness the Prince of Orange and suite from Ayamonte to Cadiz and Gibraltar and thence back to Ayamonte.
