Folios 190-191: John Tailour, HMS Regulus, Spithead. In explanation of part of his letter No 2 from Falmouth. He states that when he went on board HMS Zenobia to enquire after the Purser of HMS Regulus Captain Alexander Richard Mackenzie was not on board. He is since informed that Captain Mackenzie understood Mr Wilby was on board HMS Barfleur at the time he left Lisbon and wished a passage home with him but he had received his orders and it was too late.
