Folios 160-161: John Tailour, HMS Regulus, Falmouth. Reports that Mr Wilby, Purser on HMS Regulus having been left behind in Lisbon after leaving the ship with, in his view, no intention of returning. Request a replacement Purser be appointed. Encloses two letters [Inc.]
