Covering letter for enclosed depositions [Inc.] taken before the Chief Magistrate at the Cape of Good Hope relating to the treatment of some sailors:- Nathaniel Cool, Thomas Burnell, John Stalton? and John Horne, in the Inspector [John Walker] Whaler. The men having been forwarded with their Supernumeraries to Rear Admiral Robert Stopford.
