Folios 118-119: Charles Trend, Norfolk Street. Agents for Captain Thomas Young, HMS Nieman. Covering letter for an Order [Not Inc.] from Vice Admiral Edward Thornbrough appointing Captain Thomas Young to act in the command of HMS Nieman and also a certificate [Not Inc.] from Captain Sir Michael Seymour undertaking to pass the accounts for the time that Captain Thomas Young acted. Request that Thomas Young be paid for that time without th usual papers.
