Folios 63-64: John Tancock, HMS Mercury, Plymouth Sound. Reports that with the winds being contrary and Major General James Leith's health being very bad. He anchored last evening and proposed to land him but he was not equal to the process. He will wait for the winds to moderate and see how Major General James Leith wants to proceed.
