Folios 192-193: Francis Temple. Richardson's Hotel, Covent Garden. Mentions the enclosed cutting [Inc.] from The Times. Names the late Surgeon of HMS Theseus, Mr Cuthbertson, Lieutenants:- Place, Lawrence, Lake and Stewart and Mr Duffy the Boatswain as persons who can give every information on the subject. He requests a Court Martial.
Folio 194: enclosure with folios 192-193. Press Cutting on a Coroner's Court on the death of John Archer late of HMS Theseus.
