Folios 459-460: Thomas Twysden, HMS Revolutionnaire, Plymouth Sound. Reporting his arrival from Milford Haven amd thatthe ship lost her rudder of 6 April 1800 as a result of the pintals [pintles] breaking. Encloses a copy of the ship's defects report.
Folio 461: enclsoure with folios 459-460. Report of ship's defects by the Carpenter, HMS Revolutionaire, Plymouth Sound, 5 May 1800 to Thomas Twysden, Captain.
