Folios 509-510: George Tripp, HMS Nassau, Nore. Acknowledging the letter from the Admiralty about Nicholas Blanch, said to be impressed from the Four Sisters and American ship at Port au Prince and brought on board HMS Severn on the 4 November 1795. The representation maid by Nicholas Blanch to Mr Martens the Vice Consul for Germany were never maid to him and if Nicholas Blanch had done so he may have ben rendered every redress. The enclosed certificate [Not Inc.] dated Cape Nichola Mole 15 March 1796, signed M Lawrence apply to Captain Western the then Captain of HMS Severn.
