Folios 350-351: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Prince Regent, Kingston. Further to his letter number 51 of 4 August, enclosing the survery on HMS Confiance, late Tigris, by Captain Owen and his Officers, he now encloses (folios 352-353) the survey and valuation of HMS Surprize , late Scorpion, by the same Officers. Also sends the duplicate report on the former. Neither present.
