Had been ordered by Vice Admiral Sir Richard Onslow to proceed to Kingston upon Hull to take a convoy to Gluckstadt in the Elbe but on the way noticed HMS Busy aground on the Gunfleets. Describes how the Busy was rescued amid bad weather. Commends Captain John Ashworth Ommeney and the crew of HMS Busy.
