Court and Date of Trial: Central Criminal Courst, 1845.
Crime: Uttering forged documents.
Initial sentence: Imprisonment 2 years.
Outcome: Refer to the judge who tried this prisoner.
Mitigate to 6 months imprisonment.
Petitions and letters: Petition from the prisoner, who claims he had a neglected and unprotected upbringing and was led in to the crime by designing persons. The judge, Frederick Pollock, advised this application from the prisoner and promised to support it.
