Short Title: Swynnerton v Haryman.
Plaintiffs: (i) Robert Swynnerton scrivener of the parish of St Clement Danes; (ii) Thomas Swynnerton son and heir of Robert Swynnerton scrivener of the parish of St Clement Danes.
Defendants: William Haryman, son of Nicholas Haryman, late of Gosberton.
Subject: (i) to revive a suit brought by the plaintiff against the said Nicholas Haryman touching the title to messuages and land in Quadringe Eaudyke held of the manor of Monks Hall in Gosberton; (ii) to revive a suit brought by his father.
County: Lincolnshire.
