Plaintiffs: Nicholas Stywarde doctor of laws.
Defendants: Thomas Preston, Master, and the Fellows and Scholars of Trinity Hall, and Thomas Binge doctor of law.
Subject: to restrain the said master, fellows and scholars of Trinity from granting to the said Thomas Binge a lease of chambers occupied by the plaintiff in Mountjoye House, pending the determination of a suit in the Court of Requests brought by Richard Cosin, Dean of the Arches, and William Farrande late treasurer of the Society of the Arches, touching the occupation of Mountjoye House.
