Field Allowance for Medical Officers seconded for service in Cameroons: Acknowledges receipt of ruling regarding payment of Field Allowance to [Medical Officers] in the field but observes that some applications are not in accordance with this ruling as they are being made for days spent giving care on board ship for which duty pay is more appropriate.
