Folios 325-326: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Reply to letter dated 23 October 1812 in the case of George Mills an apprentice. This boy, in the company of two others, entered HM Navy Service at the Rendezvous at Falmouth on the 4 October 1812.
Folios 327-328: enclosure with folios 325-326. Request dated 7 October 1812 by Mr T Tresidder, Falmouth, to have George Mills, a Parish Apprentice to Mr Henry Huthnance of the Parish of Gwennap, in Cornwall, Yeoman, discharged.
