Regarding his order, by Sir Edward Buller Bart, to stop the sailing of the packet containing the Mediterranean mail and to inform the Admiralty of the times that the express reached Falmouth from Plymouth. Also mention of another letter regarding the Mediterranean mail from Sir Edward Buller Bart sent via the Nimrod Cutter.
