Name: [unspecified] Camble (Campbell?).
Occupation: Passenger.
Place of accident: Morpeth, Northumberland.
Injury: Pain at the back of her head
Details of accident: As she was alighting from a 2nd Class Carriage of the 11:45 AM train, she fell. She was immediately assisted up by some fellow passengers and left the Station apparently not much worse. On her return to the Station in the evening, she complained of pains at the back of her neck.
