Name: Robert Hayes.
Occupation: Trespasser.
Place of accident: Wingate Colliery Branch, County Durham.
Injury: Fatal injuries
Details of accident: He had got between the last two wagons of a train leaving Wingate Colliery and fell in getting down and the wheels of the last wagon passed over his arm. The arm was amputated by Dr. Morrison and the boy died on the following day.
