Description

Folios 152-153: Francis Mason, HMS Rattler, Spithead. Reply to letter 30 October. Says his Boatswain was broke by Court Martial at Sheerness 24 August and Rear Admiral Rowley appointed HMS Grana’s boatswain as no one could be appointed before he sailed.
