Folios 397-398: William Mitchell, HMS Isis, Downes. Having been appointed to the command of HMS Resolution he acknowledges receipt of the letter noting that Lieutenants Caulfield and Roberts of the Isis are appointed to the Resolution also. The latter is sick and on shore at Deal.
