Folios 367-368: David Milne, HMS Seine, Spithead. Intending to sail with the store ship for the coast of Africa. Encloses a list of vessels who have applied to go under his convoy. HMS Flora, bound for the Cape of Good Hope with government stores is to join the convoy, and he will call at Falmouth for HMS Sally.
Folios 369-370: enclosure with folios 367-368. A list of vessels who have applied to go under convoy of HMS Seine. 3 vessels, including HMS Lively and HMS Fame. Information includes Masters, owners, numbers of men and guns.
