Encloses table (folio 394) of tariff in the Imperial Naval Arsenal at Yokosuka.
Encloses letter (folios 395-396): Holme, Ringer & Co, Nagasaki dated 1 January 1884 to Vice Admiral Sire W M Lowell KCB, Commander-in-Chief of HBMs Squadron, with information that Holme, Ringer & Co have been appointed Agents for the Imperial Government Dock and Patent Slip at Nagasaki with details of the facilities.
Encloses assessment (folios 397-404) of tariff of Dock Dues etc of the Netherlands India Dry dock Company at Batavia.
