Description

Short title: Altham v Bluck.

Plaintiff(s): Michael Altham, clerk.

Defendant(s): Matthew Bluck.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Eastwick, the parish of Hunsdon, Hunsdon Park, grounds called 'The Springs', 'Elders Down', 'Cawsey Field', &c. Metes and bounds, &c. Tithes. [Henry late Earl of Dover, a 'delinquent' or 'malignant' or 'cavallier', reputed owner of the park, &c., William Lord Willoughby, owner of the park, John Chancey (temp. Hen.6), owner of New Place in Geldston (Herts), are mentioned].

County: Essex, Hertfordshire.
