Description

Short title: Watt v Hoskyns.

Plaintiff(s): William Watts, clerk.

Defendant(s): William Hoskyns.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Doore alias Abbey Doore, and the parish of Kingston (Hereford), and messuages, &c., called New Grange and Blackmore, and a grange or farm called Kingston Grange. Whether the premises are parcel of the late Abbey of Doore, and, as abbey lands, tithe free? Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County: Hereford.

Date of commission: 18 June 1684.

Interrogatories and depositions taken 24 September 1684 at Hereford.
