Short title: Gwavas v Tonkyn, Thomas, Keigwin, Boson, and Williams.

Plaintiff(s): William Gwavas.

Defendant(s): Nowell Tonkyn, William Thomas, John Keigwin, Nicholas Boson, and Edward Williams.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Pawll alias Pawlyn and the villages of Mousehole and Newlyn in the parish. Tithes of fish. [Thomas Chinnerton, William Chinnerton, Nicholas Hicks, John Gwavas (plaintiff's uncle), William Gwavas (plaintiff's father), and Sir Andrew Hendly, Bart., former rectors or impropriators of the parish, are mentioned].
