Folios 314-315: Jonas Rose, HMS Agamemnon, Black Stakes. Acknowledges the letter from Vice Admiral John Holloway asking him to state the case of Gregory de Costo [Gregory Da Costa] and reports that he was sent aboard the Agamemnon by James Griffith, Master of the Berwick, in his convoy from the West Indies for riotous behaviour. De Costo is 23, a good seaman and a native of Portugal.
Folios 316-317: enclosed with folios 314-315. Letter from Gregory Da Costa, HMS Agamemnon, to the Admiralty, 22 November 1806. Encloses [not present] his discharge, reports he is being held aboard the Agamemnon and asks for his discharge.
