Folios 274-275: Robert Rolles, HMS Lion, the Nore. Encloses [not present] a list of men now in the Lion but formerly in HMS Howe, who were not paid off at the Peace [of Amiens] and believe they are thereby entitled to receive His Majesty's Bounty. Asks that the Navy Board be asked to examine the books of the Howe and tell him which men qualify for the bounty.
