Description

Folios 256-257: Thomas Rogers, HMS Princess of Orange, off the Texel. Asks if the Admiralty can confirm the commission of George Godfrey, who was appointed acting Lieutenant by Rear Admiral Thomas Macnamara Russell. Mr Godfrey has served 11 years as a Master's Mate and Midshipman, and passed for Lieutenant five years ago.
