Description

Folios 211-212: William Roberts, Cheltenham. As his agents informed him he had been appointed to the Sea Fencibles at Dundee, he was about to depart for Scotland when he received the Admiralty's letter saying the appointment had been suspended. Is not aware of any reason for this, asks if he can go ahead.
