Folios 118-119: Robert Redmill, HMS Polyphemus, St Helens. Encloses a survey on the health of Carpenter John Roafe and asks whether he can be appointed to a ship laid up in Ordinary and a more active man appointed as Carpenter of the Polyphemus.
Folio 120: enclosed with folios 118-119. Report signed by Surgeon William Jackson, HMS Polyphemus, on the health of Carpenter John Roafe, who is suffering from nervous debility and sometimes incapacitated for days.
