(17-20) Memorandum concerning defences on the Staddon Heights, Plymouth. Signed by William F Drummond Jervois, Assistant Inspector General of Fortifications, 19 December 1860. Approved for the Fortifications Committee by Lieutenant General Harry D Jones, and for the Defence Committee by Mr George, 21 December 1860. (21) Blank sheet.
