4 sheets of the Ordnance Survey six-inch County Series joined: parts of sheets [Devon CXVII-CXVIII and Devon CXXIII-CXXIV]; the combined map covering the area around Stoke, Eggbuckland and Saint Budeaux. Reference table. Scale: 6 inches to 1 mile. All of the marginalia, including details of survey and production, have been trimmed away. MS title: 'Plymouth North Eastern Defences. Plan showing boundaries of works to be executed'. Manuscript compass star. Stamped at the Royal Engineers' Office, Devonport, 7 March 1863.
