Hyde Park. (1) Parts of two sheets of Ordnance Survey 'skeleton' five-foot map of London. Scale: 5 feet to 1 mile. Coloured MS additions showing the proposed widening of the drive from a point near Hyde Park Corner to the eastern end of Knightsbridge Barracks. A note on the dorse states: 'This plan was shewn by Mr Russell to Mr Cashell (one of the late Mr Cubitt's Trustees) on 30th Novr 1867 and referred to in the Board's letter to him of 18 Jany 1868'. (2) Plan of the French Embassy, including two alternative proposed alterations (one struck through). Office of Works, 12 March 1869.
