First party: Geoffrey, son of Stephen de Burgo [Burgh].
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: Two tofts and two bovates of land with appurtenances in the vill of Burgo [Burgh] which he has by the gift of Robert, son of Geoffrey de Foterby, just as is contained in Philip's charter which he has by Robert's feoffment, and whatever right Geoffrey had or could have in the said vill.
