Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: 4d of annual rent, homage and foreign service which Philip was accustomed and ought to do to William for lands and tenements lying in the vill and territories of Cokerinton [Cockerington]. Without any reservation, for a certain sum of money which Philip gave to William in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace without any challenge, claim or demand from William or his heirs or assign forever.
