First party: Alexander, son of Alan de Cokerington [Cockerington].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Three perches of land in the territory of Cokerington [Cockerington] in the west field lying in two selions between the land of Robert de Crepping on the east side and the land of Ralph Acermag on the west side, namely the whole land with appurtenances which Alexander had there, fully and entirely without any reservation. For 5s which Philip gave to Alexander in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns of Alexander and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Alexander and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs, suits of courts and exactions.
