First party: Godric, son of Une de Schitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Robert, son of William le Norais.
Place or subject: The width of twenty feet of land lying next to the south side of Godric's toft, whose limits abut upon the sea and upon the way, and one area to make a certain house of the length of twenty feet and the width of ten feet within the walls within Godric's toft on the south side. To hold to Robert and his assigns freely, quietly, absolutely and honourably in fee and inheritance, paying 2d yearly to Godric and his heirs for all earthly service and secular exaction and custom at Martinmas.
