First party: John, son of Walter de Wyberton of Holandie [Holland], with the consent of Emma, his wife, and his heirs.
Second party: Peter Galle of Manneby [Manby].
Place or subject: 7d of annual rent which Peter was accustomed to pay at the terms contained in the charter or charters of enfeoffment for the land and tenement he has in the territory and vill of Little Carleton [Little Carlton]. For a certain sum which Peter gave to John in advance. To hold to Peter and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace, paying yearly to John and his heirs one clove in the quindene of St Botolph for all secular services and demands.
