First party: William, son of William de Reddeburn [Redbourne].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One bushel of salt of annual rent, to be received from Ralph, son of Gilbert Froste of Schittebroch [Skidbrooke] and his heirs at Martinmas, which Ralph and his predecessors were accustomed to pay yearly to William at that feast for the land and tenement they held of him in the vill of Skidbrooke, lying between the land of William son of Alexander of the same vill. Without any reservation, for a certain sum of money which Philip gave to William in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance.
